Trainz
went on sale in stores throughout North America in February 2002, followed
by Australia in April and Europe in May. It is also available for

The first release of Trainz includes My
Collection, Trainz Surveyor
and Trainz Driver. Trainz
also comes with 15 highly detailed locomotives (in 38 different liveries)
from 12 countries, 3 ready to use regional layouts and more than 50
individual items of rolling stock. In addition to all that, Trainz
ships with hundreds of objects for creating your own masterpieces and
provides access to a veritable treasure trove of free downloads.
